QueenBetList respects your privacy. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible and to be clear about how it is used. This policy is written to reflect UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us: if you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide so we can reply.
- Usage data: basic, mostly anonymous analytics such as pages visited, approximate location and device type, used to understand how the site is performing.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files used for essential functionality, analytics and affiliate tracking, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To measure and improve how the site works.
- To attribute referrals to operators where affiliate links are used.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
Affiliate tracking
When you follow an affiliate link to an operator, a tracking parameter may record that the visit came from us, so any commission is correctly attributed. This is used for measurement and payment, not to build a detailed profile of you. Once you are on the operator’s site, that operator’s own privacy policy applies.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and analytics, our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and your consent or our legitimate interest when you contact us. You can withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and analytics providers), under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and analytics data for a limited period. We then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability.
